Communication Policy
Our goal here at Award.com is to keep you well informed on the status of your order every step of the way. Once we receive your order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. We will also send an email with the tracking number to let you know when your order has shipped. Also, at any time, you can check your order status on the My Account -> My Orders page.

Design Policy
Award.com offers you a large selection of quality plaques and trophies for every occasion. We get our products from reliable sources and we personally hand-selected quality products that we thought our customers would love. We also have our unique Design Studio where you can custom design your own plaque by following a few simple steps. The entire process is quick and simple and it gives you the opportunity to be creative and have fun with your designs.
Our goal is to serve you and to ensure that you are always satisfied. If you would like to see a sport or a design that we do not currently offer, please let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen.
Sales Tax Policy
Customers from the State of California are subject to a sales tax of 9.75%.
Return Policy
Our return policy depends on the status of your order. You can check the status of your order in the My Account -> My Orders page.
PendingThis status is only applicable on orders that are paid by check. It does not apply to credit card payments. This status means that your order has been placed, but we are waiting to receive your check or puchase order in the mail. At this point, production has not started on your product.
ProcessingThis status means your order has been received and is being processed. If you want to cancel your order, then please notify us immediately by sending an email to: orders@award.com. Please be sure to include your Order Number in the email.
In ProductionThis status means work on your order is already in progress or have been completed. If you cancel your order at this stage, then you may be subject to production charges, depending on the work that has been completed.
ShippedThis status means work on your order has been completed and your order is shipped. Since all of our products are customized according to your requirements, shipped products are not returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, then please notify us within 7 days by sending email to orders@award.com. We will replace the damaged items for free.
